About me

Call me crazy, but I LOVE working with young people, and I’m passionate about helping them succeed.

I received a Missouri teacher’s certificate for secondary mathematics and taught high school math for six years.  I also worked for two years as a private tutor and test prep course instructor.  In 2009, I started my own company, Bob Johnson Tutoring, and it’s been growing ever since!

I love spending time with my wife, Jill, and our three children, Brandon, Miriam, and Caleb.  I also enjoy doing ministry at our church, playing the trumpet, and rooting for the Cardinals!

While I welcome clients of all faiths, or no faith at all, I would like you to know that my desire is to serve you “with skill, ability and knowledge” (Exodus 31:3), and to “work…with all [my] heart, as working for the Lord” (Colossians 3:23).
